ICGSI’24 Program Guidelines:

Warmest Welcome to the International Conference on Green and Sustainable Ironmaking 2024 !!!! We are excited to have you attend this event and look forward to providing you a comfortable and memorable experience. Please refer below few guidelines to make the onboarding process smoother and hassle-free:

  • On-site registration for the conference will start on 16th January’23 (03:00 PM to 07:00 PM)  at United Club, Jamshedpur. All the participants are requested to submit one copy of IDs (Aadhar ID or Passport) during the time of registration.
  • Special Networking Dinner with speakers and delegates from different countries and industries on 16th January’23 from 07:00 PM onwards at Darbar Hall, United Club, Jamshedpur. Please click in the link below for location of the conference:

  • Delegates  who have registered online and completed the payment are requested to collect the Registration Kit, Event Passes, Special Gift during the registration process/special networking dinner. Passes are very important for entry in different events.
  • Those who have not done online registration and payment, Spot Registration window will be open during the same period, i.e., 03:00 PM to 07:00 PM on 16th January’23. After registration process, kits/gift coupon/ gift/event passes can be collected.
  • Inauguration of the Conference will start at 09:00 AM sharp on 17th January’23 followed Speaker : Plenary Events (Technical Sessions and Panel Discussions) on 17th and 18th January’23. Please be seated Speaker : 08:45 AM inside the Main Hall.
  • Cultural Night followed Speaker : Gala Dinner is organized on 17th January’23 Evening from 07:30 PM onwards at BOC Pavilion, Beldih Golf Course, Sonari, Jamshedpur. Please click in the link below for the directions:

  • Plant Tour is scheduled on 18th January’23 from 02:30 PM onwards. Buses will be made available at the conference venue. Everyone is requested to carry an Identity Proof (Aadhar ID or Passport) for the visit.
    Please Note: Seats are limited, and it will be on first come first serve basis. Final list of delegates who are short listed for the visit, their name will be displayed on 17th Morning at event help desk.
  • Dress code for the above mentioned events are as follows:
    • Special Networking Dinner: Business Casuals
    • Main Conference: Business Formals
    • Cultural Nite/Gala Dinner: Indian Ethnic (preferable)
    • Plant Tour: Business Formals (Shoes mandatory)
